St Johns Session

On the 29th of June we had Sue from St Johns come to talk to Room 10. They learnt how to call 111 in an emergency. They role played how to call in an emergency and one of the problems was many of the children did not know their address to tell the ambulance where to come too.
We spent the next week learning our home address so we can tell the phone operator.
We practised administrating bandages in pairs also. This was very useful and the children enjoyed this role playing.
A valuable session from the St Johns. We have a local group after school so we promoted that group within the school also.
